Injection Molding
Our 15, 100-550-Ton machines can handle any project volume and many different material types, including grades that have glass or are difficult to process. We work with ABS, PP, TPO/TPE, and PA6/PA66 with glass or talc.

Tool Build Management
Mature, prepare, and manage the build of both prototype and production tooling for your part design, and can provide prototype sampling prior to a signed contract. Tooling can be manufactured by USA or Canadian builders or at low-cost Asian vendors as required.

Part Quality Confirmation
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified with rigorous quality control systems and automated processes (IQMS) to ensure your projects run on time and on budget. We provide leak testing and dimensional checks, computer monitoring and verification of all parts, and cleanliness QA.

Secondary Operations
We work directly with customers to add value through secondary services such as assembly, vibration and hotplate welding, and post-molding embellishment such as clips, collars, and foam.
